The Okaw Valley Amateur Radio Club is hosting their Second ARDF type Foxhunt

Sunday October 23, 2016

3:00 PM

Patriot's Park --Main Pavilion
(1 Mile West of Greenville on IL Rt. 140)

Potluck Dinner:  5:30 PM

This is the Second ARDF type Foxhunt we have hosted using our MicroHunt T-hunt Transmitters and WB2HOL Tape Measure Beam Kits purchased in 2015.

What do you need to bring?  Yourself, family, kids, as this is a "kid friendly" exercise & food.

The Hunt will take place within Patriot's park, no driving around required, just some good hiking shoes.

If you have your own antenna/radio direction finding equipment, feel free to bring it.  I would urge you to bring your own handheld radios and learn more how to use them in the setting.

Plan now to attend October 23, 2016 Foxhunt.
